HSBC, a global leader in banking and financial services, is seeking a Senior Home Finance Manager to join our Mortgage Distribution team in Dubai, UAE. As we aim to expand our IWPB business and specifically the Mortgage book, we are looking for an ambitious individual who can understand and fulfill clients' needs.
In this role, you will be responsible for pro-actively acquiring High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI) & Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWI) both new and existing clients in the UAE. You will provide home finance solutions to various client segments with professionalism and efficiency. Working closely with an integrated branch management team, you will ensure that standards are met while maximizing profit and achieving growth targets outlined within the Annual Operating Plan (AOP). Managing operational risk is crucial in this role; therefore, you must identify risk situations using relevant Management Information (MI) and take appropriate action to minimize loss.
To be successful in this position, you must have a client-driven mindset with a focus on service quality. Strong sales results in home finance along with experience in relationship management with high-net-worth clients are essential. Excellent communication skills, market knowledge of the UAE property market, understanding of wealth management products/services, and adherence to internal controls are required. A graduation degree is necessary to secure a UAE Visa and Work Permit.
