As the Financial Controller Manager, your responsibilities will include developing, managing, and meticulously tracking budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to drive organizational success. You will analyze complex financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement while collaborating with senior management to provide financial insights and support strategic planning initiatives. Additionally, you will prepare comprehensive presentations on financials, budgets, and projections for the CFO and Board while ensuring accurate month-end closings.
To be successful in this role, you must have at least 7 years of experience in controlling functions within financial or fintech institutions along with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting or a related field. Strong knowledge of IFRS standards and expertise in analyzing financial statements and non-financial KPIs are essential requirements for this position.
