We are currently seeking an Assistant Manager – Finance Applications to join our team on a permanent basis in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide support for financial duties related to the development, configurations, enhancements, functional requirements, and implementations of Microsoft Dynamics (MSD) and other applications such as Beams and Yardi.

As the Assistant Manager – Finance Applications, your key accountabilities will include performing systemic administrative activities related to financial aspects of MSD and other applications solutions. You will support and resolve MSD-related issues to ensure optimal system performance. Additionally, you will focus on executing enhancements and change management for the finance team based on business priorities while identifying potential systemic errors that impact data reconciliation, reporting discrepancies, or business process improvements.

The ideal candidate for this role should possess a Master’s degree in Finance or a related field with at least 10 years of relevant experience. Experience in the Real Estate industry is preferred along with a proven track record of successfully leading enterprise-wide transformation projects. Proficiency in reporting tools, advanced Excel skills, strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance standards are essential qualifications for this position.
