InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa is seeking a Cluster Director of Revenue to optimize revenue streams and ensure financial success. The Cluster Director of Revenue will collaborate closely with key hotels in the market to leverage IHG commercial revenue-driving tools, management strategies, and systems for outperformance. Responsibilities include creating revenue-driving strategies utilizing company processes and best practices, managing pricing, demand analysis, yield management, and implementing selling strategies to meet revenue goals.

This role involves identifying opportunities to maximize total hotel revenues across all channels and segments. Additionally, the Director will oversee the development of Revenue Management and Reservation teams on/off property and participate in regional commercial projects. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field along with at least 2 years of experience driving revenue growth in various segments including Rooms, Food & Beverage/MICE venues. Proficiency in revenue management systems and tools is essential along with strategic thinking abilities to adapt to market changes. Leadership skills are crucial for inspiring team members and influencing stakeholders within assigned hotels.
