As a Project Manager for PV Systems at ILF Beratende Ingenieure, you will play a crucial role in the acquisition and development phases of energy-related projects. Leveraging your knowledge of energy constraints and system principles, you will analyze workloads, prioritize tasks, and issue status reports to identify potential bottlenecks and solutions. You will communicate project expectations and client requirements to the team, defining success criteria with a focus on energy and system performance throughout the project lifecycle.

Leading and managing energy-related projects from start to finish, you will ensure scope, budget, schedule, and quality targets are met. Developing and implementing project execution plans that focus on energy constraints, electrical transmission, and generation systems will be key responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in Engineering or Consulting roles with at least 5 years as a discipline engineer and 5-6 years as a Project Engineer. A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or Renewable Energy Engineering from a recognized University is required. PMP certification is preferred to demonstrate your proficiency in project management practices.
