Your role will involve managing workforce performance, contract administration, onboarding procedures, and payroll coordination with vendors. To qualify for this position, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources. You should have 4-8 years of proven experience in account management within outsourcing firms or similar industries. Demonstrated proficiency in managing large-scale outsourced employees (1500+), handling vendor relationships effectively, and fostering strong client partnerships are essential requirements for this role. Strong leadership abilities, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication capabilities are also crucial. Proficiency in MS Office applications, HRIS software, and workforce management systems is preferred. The compensation offered for this position ranges from AED 8,000 to 13-000 along with standard benefits.
