As the Finance Manager at Innovo Group, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing unified accounting policies & procedures, internal controls, and financial audit plans for the organization. You will be responsible for managing periodic consolidation of accounts, financial budgets, cash flow projections, working capital analysis, and various corporate MIS projects. In addition, you will liaise with external auditors, banks for project financing, clients for Accounts Receivable reconciliation, and oversee accounting functions at subsidiaries to ensure best practices are followed.

To excel in this role, you must possess a Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Finance from a reputable university or college along with professional qualifications such as CFA/CA/CPA/ACCA. A minimum of 10 years of experience in accounts, finance, budgeting, audit, taxation, and risk management within well-established Contracting Companies in GCC is required. Strong leadership abilities, communication skills, interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position. Additionally, you must have a solid understanding of business strategy and planning while ensuring administrative efficiency and policy implementation.
