Overview:-



We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Finance Director with a proven track record of fostering strong relationships with banks in the UAE and extensive experience in successful fundraising initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional financial acumen, strategic thinking abilities, and a deep understanding of corporate finance principles. The role demands a proactive leader who can navigate complex financial landscapes and drive value creation through effective financial management and capital-raising strategies.


Responsibilities:-



Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in banks across the UAE.
Act as the primary point of contact between the company and financial institutions, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
Negotiate favorable terms for financing arrangements and banking services.
Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies tailored to the company's capital needs and growth objectives.
Evaluate various funding options and recommend the most suitable financing instruments based on cost, risk, and strategic alignment.
Conduct in-depth financial analysis to assess the company's financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize capital structure.
Prepare financial models, forecasts, and projections to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Promote professional development and skills enhancement among team members to enhance performance and achieve organizational goals.


Qualifications:-



Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field; CA or MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or related roles, with a focus on the UAE market.
Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with banks and financial institutions in the UAE.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with a strategic mindset and a results-driven approach.
Sound knowledge of financial regulations, compliance standards, and corporate governance practices.
