Our client is seeking a skilled Finance Director to join their team and oversee financial operations. This role is crucial as the company embarks on an expansion journey, requiring a proactive individual to lead the finance team and optimize financial performance.

As the Finance Director, you will report directly to the Managing Director and be responsible for managing all aspects of the finance function. This includes financial planning, budgeting, tax compliance, cash flow management, and ensuring smooth finance operations across various projects and departments within the organization.

Key responsibilities of this role include developing and implementing financial strategies aligned with business goals, preparing financial forecasts and reports for senior leadership, conducting detailed financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities, overseeing internal controls for regulatory compliance, and acting as a finance business partner to Sales and Operations. Additionally, you will lead process automation initiatives, manage relationships with external auditors and financial partners, ensure payroll accuracy, and maintain compliance with tax laws.

The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 15 years of finance experience in project-based environments, strong knowledge of local financial regulations in the UAE and KSA, expertise in financial planning and reporting, exceptional leadership skills with a Chartered Accountant qualification or equivalent.
