Planning Engineer

As a Planning Engineer at International Electromechanical Services Co LLC, you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, managing, maintaining, and monitoring project programs for multiple MEP works packages simultaneously. Working closely with the Project Manager/Project Director, you will develop a Work Breakdown Structure and evaluate project progress against established baselines. You will be responsible for baseline management, resource/cost loading, cash flow integration, and establishing cost & schedule baselines to ensure effective performance monitoring.

In this role, you will review project status with the Project Management team to recommend corrective actions when necessary. You will manage the contractual process during project execution, carry out risk management activities, and propose mitigation measures as needed. Additionally, you will coordinate with various departments to update time and cost plans accurately. Generating monthly reports with Client's Representatives and identifying risks within projects will also be part of your responsibilities.

The ideal candidate for this position should have 7 to 9 years of UAE/Gulf experience in engineering with a Bachelor's degree qualification.
