As the Manager for Finance & Tax, you will be responsible for various key duties essential to our operations. This includes ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements such as DFSA PIB module, submitting timely reports through EPRS, preparing budgets and financial projections, overseeing finance and accounting functions according to IFRS standards, monitoring financial transactions, and liaising with external auditors. Additionally, you will be expected to stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations in the UAE while supporting business development teams in finance officer and tax-related matters.

The ideal candidate for this role should possess at least 7-8 years of experience in a tax and regulatory environment. You must have a strong understanding of IFRS principles, be capable of independently carrying out assigned functions effectively, and preferably have prior experience with DFSA licensed activities. A professional qualification such as CA/CPA/ACCA is required for this position.
