We are currently seeking a dedicated Finance Manager to join our team and oversee the financial operations of our group of companies. Reporting directly to the Chairman, the Finance Manager will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and strategic planning. This role involves close collaboration with senior management to ensure financial health, compliance with accounting standards, and support for business growth initiatives. Additionally, the Finance Manager will work closely with project managers to monitor project budgets and financial performance.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with CPA or CFA certification preferred. A minimum of 8 years of experience in finance management within the engineering or construction industry is required. Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting practices, and financial modeling is essential for success in this role. Experience with project-based accounting and proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems are highly valued qualifications.
