As a Financial Planning Analyst at izil Beauty, you will play a crucial role in analyzing financial data to identify trends and potential business issues. You will collaborate closely with senior executives to develop financial models on various strategic topics such as retention forecasts, campaign planning, return on investment analysis, resource allocation, and more. Your responsibilities will include forecasting revenues and expenditures, tracking performance metrics, leading the monthly close process, and preparing detailed reports for business partners.

The ideal candidate for this position should possess strong analytical skills along with expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field is required, along with at least 3 years of experience as a Financial Reporting Analyst. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is essential, as well as experience with spreadsheet and ERP systems (NetSuite preferred). Certification in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) would be advantageous. Experience in the beauty industry or retail sector is a plus.

• 3+ years of experience as a Financial reporting analyst
• Experience in the beauty, cosmetics, or retail industry is a plus
• Experience in spreadsheet and ERP systems
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Certification in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) is a plus
• Financial Planning, Finance, and Budgeting & Forecasting skills

• Analyze the past and present financial data of the organization and estimate future revenues and expenditures
• Operate with key senior executives on strategic deep dives by developing financial models and insights on various topics
• Maintain weekly, quarterly, and annual Area/Segment-level Bookings and P& L forecasting
• Track monthly and quarterly performance through comparison of actuals versus expectations
