We are currently seeking a Senior Investment Manager-Real Estate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing the UAE/Middle East logistics real estate market, macro financial and geopolitical fundamentals, and drafting medium- and longer-term growth strategies aligned with JDP’s globalization strategies. In addition, they will provide real estate investment and financing expertise to create and execute long-term investment strategic plans tailored to different local markets based on local market fundamentals, policy restrictions, and JDP’s overall growth plan.
As the Senior Investment Manager-Real Estate, you will oversee the company’s local investment acquisition and asset management functions initially, with future functional expansions based on the growth strategy. You will be ultimately accountable for the performance of the local logistic real estate portfolio and the company’s profitability in the region. Your role will involve establishing effective investment, financial, and asset management oversight as well as implementing risk control safeguards that comply with company and regulatory requirements. Furthermore, you will identify and evaluate real estate development/acquisition investment opportunities by reviewing potential investment materials and conducting related due diligence.
