Ideally, candidates should have exposure to high-growth environments and familiarity with crypto/digital assets.
Key responsibilities of this role include delivering accurate aged payable reports on specified dates with minimal errors, publishing monthly variance reports within set parameters, closing books promptly at month-end with precision, implementing cost control measures to reduce unnecessary spend by Q4 deadline, managing brand-level budgets effectively with periodic reviews, overseeing audits for specific entities within designated timelines ensuring audit readiness, finalizing real estate projects and settling intercompany balances as required.
To excel in this position, candidates must possess a strong accounting and financial analysis background coupled with advanced forecasting and budgeting capabilities. A keen eye for detail and a data-driven mindset are essential attributes for success in this role. Experience with audits, book closure processes, variance analysis techniques is highly valued. Additionally, confidence working across multiple brands/entities is crucial while exposure to crypto/fintech/proptech sectors would be advantageous.
