Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
We are working with an esteemed global client, looking to hire a HRBP for their growing multinational brand.
This company is looking for someone with experience in B2B brands, preferably electronics
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with business leaders to understand their departmental goals and objectives, and develop HR strategies to support them.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement talent acquisition strategies, including recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning.
Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Identify opportunities for organizational development and design and implement interventions to drive employee engagement and performance.
Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions accordingly
