Senior Financial Controller

Job Title: Senior Financial Controller (Emirati ONLY)

Location: Dubai



My client a leading Financial Services Organisation, based in Dubai are looking for an Emirati National Financial Controller to join them.



Job Purpose:

You will provide support to Senior Manager, Financial accounting and systems in managing accounting functions, income reversals, LPOs, journal entries posting, GL account reconciliations and helping the team with month end, quarter end and year end book closing process.



Key Qualifications:

2- 3 years’ experience in finance / accounts functions within Financial Services.

Processing of income reversals
Journal entries posting
Bookkeeping

Processing insurance claims
Processing LPOs

Supporting team in books closing procedures

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial control and analysis
• Experience in managing a team and overseeing financial operations

• - Strong analytical skills
• - Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• - Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel
• - Knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations
