As a full-time on-site Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant. Your responsibilities will include training staff on restaurant procedures, maintaining safety and food quality standards, managing customer service to ensure satisfaction, hiring staff, and overseeing food & beverage operations. You will be tasked with organizing schedules, ordering supplies within budget limitations, supervising daily shift operations both front- and back-of-house, controlling operational costs, appraising staff performance, preparing reports as required by management, and other tasks assigned.

The ideal candidate for this position should possess strong customer service skills along with excellent communication abilities. Experience in managing staff and knowledge of food & beverage operations are essential. Leadership qualities, problem-solving skills, organizational proficiency, and time management capabilities are highly valued. Previous experience working in a Korean restaurant is advantageous. Holding a PIC certification would be considered a plus.
