As the Project Manager - Security Systems, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of project management from initiation to completion. Your responsibilities will include initiating and responding to contractual issues throughout the project phases, monitoring project progress, preparing progress reports, and representing the company in client meetings related to project, quality, and health, safety & environment (HSE) matters. You will also be responsible for communicating with clients formally and informally, processing invoices, collecting payments, preparing technical submittals for clients, and ensuring compliance with project quality plans.

In addition to managing costs effectively by preparing monthly cost reports for senior management review and initiating change processes to manage variations in contracts, you will also be tasked with overseeing the production and issuance of design drawings/calculations. Your attention to detail will be critical as you prepare and comply with project quality plans and inspection/test plans to ensure full compliance with specifications and client requirements. Finally, your dedication will shine through as you follow projects through completion and ensure final payments are received.
