We are currently looking for an outstanding Project Director to join a large-scale project in Ras Al Khaimah for one of our prominent clients in the real estate industry.
As the Project Director, your primary role will be to provide leadership and direction for the project(s) assigned to you. You will serve as the main point of contact and be responsible for developing, monitoring, and reporting on Development-wide KPIs for design, tendering, and construction activities, with a focus on safety and quality. Additionally, you will lead and manage the JLL team, oversee the establishment of short-term milestones and delivery outcomes, and assist in reviewing designs with the Design/Technical Director.
In this role, you will also be responsible for establishing project committee structures, communications, and stakeholder management processes. You will oversee overall change control and management while identifying major design and construction risks and implementing mitigation measures. Your expertise in engineering, architecture, construction management or related fields will be crucial in ensuring the success of the project.
