We are currently seeking a Finance Manager to join our team at Jumeirah Group & Corporate. In this role, you will lead the preparation of statutory financial statements, consolidation reports, and ensure compliance with IFRS and USOA standards. Working closely with auditors and internal teams is crucial to facilitate seamless audit processes while providing financial insights for strategic decision-making. Your responsibilities will also include drafting finance directives aligned with evolving business needs and overseeing financial records for international entities.

The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Chartered/Certified Accountant with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 8 years of finance experience—preferably from Big 4 firms—with exposure to the luxury hospitality industry. Strong financial acumen, strategic thinking skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, and the ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear insights for non-financial stakeholders are essential for success in this role.
