In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the resort's success by maximizing profitability, analyzing menus and products, overseeing colleague training, maintaining service standards, inspecting cleanliness and equipment conditions, supervising daily operations, assisting with menu planning, upholding sanitation standards, and supporting colleagues during peak periods. Your focus will be on enhancing guest satisfaction levels while optimizing financial performance within your area of responsibility.
