IT Application Manager

As the IT Application Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing various IT processes within the organization. Your responsibilities will include planning and conducting internal and external audits to assess IT processes, products, and services. You will also be responsible for evaluating, writing, revising, and maintaining all IT-related policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Additionally, you will prepare or review validation documents at all levels and act as a subject matter expert on Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Qualification procedures.

You will be responsible for routine IT incident and deviation management, as well as identifying IT quality risks and proposing appropriate solutions.
