We are currently seeking a strategic and results-driven Regional Finance Director to join our team in Dubai. Reporting directly to the Managing Partner, this senior leadership position will collaborate closely with the global finance leadership team to drive financial excellence and support the company's growth trajectory.
The ideal candidate for this role will possess a strong blend of operational expertise and strategic foresight, with a proven track record in financial planning, reporting, compliance, and team leadership. Key responsibilities include overseeing financial reporting, cash flow management, budgeting processes, leading and mentoring a high-performing finance team, driving enhancements in financial processes and reporting systems (SAP experience preferred), offering strategic insights to support business development initiatives and M&A opportunities, as well as ensuring compliance with financial regulations while effectively managing risks.
To qualify for this position, candidates should have at least 10 years of progressive finance experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role. Strong leadership skills, effective communication abilities, stakeholder management expertise, experience in financial systems implementation (particularly SAP), as well as a commercial mindset geared towards supporting business growth and profitability are essential requirements for this role.
