**Job Description: Senior Finance Manager**

**Job Summary:**
The Senior Finance Manager will closely collaborate with HAEMEA’s finance leadership to ensure robust financial governance and compliance within the newly established company. Responsibilities include managing financial operations, analyzing financial statements, overseeing detailed financial reporting, and ensuring efficient day-to-day workflows.

**Role and Responsibilities:**
- Manage the Finance section of HAEMEA.
- Set overall financial affairs for the new company.
- Report to CFO in Frankfurt, Germany, and CEO in Dubai.
- Prepare annual budgets, conduct financial analyses, offer strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Align business objectives and propose innovative approaches to enhance productivity.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws/regulations and coordinate audits.
- Oversee finance operations for cross-border transactions.
- Establish fund balance plans and control Treasury operations.
- Monitor cashflow requirements proactively and prepare accurate Treasury-related management information.

**Requirements:**
**Job Qualifications:**
- BA in Finance or Accounting required; MA preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in Finance or related field.
- Solid knowledge of financial planning and multi-currency environments.
- Experience setting up financial affairs for new companies; IT industry experience preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office; fluent English required, intermediate Korean/Arabic preferred.

**Working Conditions:**
- Expected Date of Recruitment: 1 Mar 2025 (Negotiable)
- Salary: Commensurate with experience
- Contract Term: Permanent (6-month probation period)
- Working Hours: +40 hours per week
- Annual Leave: 22 working days
- Severance Payment as per UAE labor law
- Insurance, Visa support provided
- Flight fee to home country (round-trip ticket once a year)
