The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of three years of related sales experience within the aviation industry. You will be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for customer account management matters, establishing long-lasting customer relationships, making outbound sales calls to facilitate material sales, and expanding the customer base through targeted outreach efforts. Additionally, you will assist in managing orders efficiently by providing timely responses to quote requests and conducting daily follow-ups on existing quotes. Your role will involve collaborating with internal teams to diversify product offerings and identify new business opportunities with customers.
To excel in this role, you must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, effective decision-making skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism is crucial. A secondary school completion or equivalent qualification is required; some university education is preferred.
