As a Senior Business Analyst with LanceSoft UAE, you will be responsible for working on multiple key initiatives within the banking sector. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to engage with senior business stakeholders effectively, and the technical expertise to collaborate closely with IT teams. To excel in this role, candidates must have a background in banking or financial services spanning 3-5 years and at least 7-10 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst. Additionally, candidates should have worked on various IT and business projects throughout their careers and demonstrated proficiency in domains such as Personal Banking, Business Banking, SMEs, Wealth Management, Digital Banking, or Corporate Banking.
Key qualifications for this position include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Information Technology. Candidates with prior technical experience will be preferred along with certifications such as CBAP or other Business Analysis certifications. Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in creating detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) are essential for success in this role. Experience with waterfall and agile methodologies is also advantageous.
