As the Assistant Manager - Finance, you will be responsible for financial planning & analysis by consolidating and interpreting reports detailing actual versus budget and forecasted results. You will provide clear and concise variance explanations of all P&L line items while highlighting exceptions in financial performance to recommend cost reductions and profit improvement strategies. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in coordinating monthly book closing activities with Territories and Corporate to ensure accurate provisions booking/reversals, cost allocation, margin control, etc.

The ideal candidate for this role should hold a CA qualification with 2-4 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A). Retail industry experience would be a preferred add-on. You must have advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with knowledge of Power BI or Tableau being advantageous. Strong communication skills are essential due to our multi-cultural environment.
