We are currently seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to join our dynamic team in United Arab Emirates following our successful Series B fundraise. Reporting directly to the VP of Finance, you will be instrumental in driving Lean's growth trajectory by overseeing strategic business planning, annual budgeting, ROI analysis, revenue trend reviews, investment appraisals, and other critical financial projects. As we transition towards data-driven decision-making in investments, we require a candidate who can bring maturity and forward-thinking perspectives to drive strategic partnerships within the organization and unlock new avenues for growth.
Key responsibilities for this role include managing quarterly forecasting and budgeting cycles, owning forecasting tools, conducting long-term financial planning and modeling exercises, interpreting complex financial data for commercial guidance updates, developing intricate models such as customer acquisition analysis and lifetime value assessments. Additionally, you will be responsible for evaluating ROI on investments across product development, marketing initiatives, supporting fundraising activities, corporate development/M&A efforts, investor relations management, as well as contributing to other strategic finance and pricing projects as needed.
The ideal candidate must currently reside in Saudi Arabia with prior experience in financial modeling within SaaS or fintech environments. Strong capabilities in financial planning and analysis roles along with experience presenting to senior stakeholders are essential. Corporate finance exposure would be advantageous while familiarity with high-growth or high-change business settings is highly desirable.
