As a Project Manager at LIN SCAN, you will play a crucial role in overseeing project activities from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include reviewing contracts, planning and coordinating project tasks, ensuring all project-related information is accurately entered into our ERP system, and managing internal and external kick-off meetings. You will work closely with various teams within the organization, such as Resource Management (RM), Technical Management (TM), Logistics (supply chain), and Data Analysis (DA), to ensure seamless execution of project tasks within assigned budgets.
In this role, you will be responsible for requesting site assessments, coordinating service schedules with RM, TM, Log(supply chain), and DA teams through effective communication channels. Additionally, you will be tasked with assigning specific project tasks to relevant team members and monitoring progress to ensure timely completion.
