We are currently seeking a dedicated Managing Director for Owners Association Management and Community Head to lead the day-to-day operations of community relations functions within Dubai Community Management. The successful candidate will represent the owner's association in assigned communities, overseeing activities aimed at enhancing community well-being and future growth. Key responsibilities include ensuring timely stakeholder responses, recruiting key team members, managing customer relationships, obtaining budget approvals from DLD, drafting complaint workflows, overseeing site operations, collaborating with internal functions to address investor queries/complaints, ensuring timely invoicing and collections of service charges, contributing to annual operational plans, implementing strategic business plans for operational efficiency and growth.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management or related field with over 10 years of experience in senior leadership roles within property management or real estate industries. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, strategic planning expertise, conflict resolution proficiency, event management experience, data analysis skills, networking capabilities, project management experience, brand advocacy understanding, cultural competence awareness, and digital engagement familiarity are essential for this role.
