As the Director of Corporate Finance, you will be responsible for leading and strategizing the Corporate Finance division. This entails setting strategic goals to achieve financial and operational targets while developing business strategies to expand the firm's market presence in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. Additionally, you will play a key role in identifying and evaluating potential deals across various services such as corporate restructuring, M&A, fundraising, and other advisory services.

Fluency in English is required with proficiency in Arabic considered a plus.
