LPS Brands, a leading company in the United Arab Emirates, is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee our finance and administration operations. At LPS Brands, we are committed to optimizing financial procedures and commercial operations to drive overall success within the organization.

As the Finance Manager, your key responsibilities will include leading Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) processes, managing budget preparation and adherence, delivering monthly financial reporting dashboards for senior management, enhancing financial processes and controls for operational efficiency, and maintaining financial control by overseeing payments and conducting account reconciliations. Additionally, you will be responsible for profitability analyses, day-to-day accounting operations, compliance with tax regulations, managing client contracts and receivables, developing pricing models for services, overseeing key contracts and insurance coverage, managing cash flow on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in financial accounting along with at least 4 years of experience in a finance management role. Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA or CA are highly desirable. Experience in Media & Marketing Agencies is preferred with knowledge of the advertising industry. Strong financial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis is required along with advanced proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel. The successful candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, analytical abilities as well as adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
