LRQA is seeking a Strategic Account Manager - Cyber to support our expansion within the EMEA region with a primary focus on the Middle East. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling key cybersecurity services such as offensive security services like penetration testing and red teaming, Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) services, managed security services, incident response solutions, and other relevant cybersecurity offerings. Key industry verticals include Financial Services, FinTech, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Technology, Marine & Offshore among others.
As the Key Account Manager at LRQA UAE in Dubai location you will be responsible for managing regional key accounts by maintaining long-term relationships and maximizing sales opportunities within them. Your role will involve growing existing client accounts while generating new business opportunities within those accounts. Responsibilities include proactive lead generation and management of LRQA’s cybersecurity offerings; pipeline management; strategic alignment & cross-sell activities; nurturing and upselling to existing clients based on business requirements; collaborating closely with team members; participating in client calls; building sales pipelines aligned with targets set by Sales Manager; demonstrating knowledge of competitive environment via presentations; ensuring accurate forecasts to Sales Manager on weekly/monthly basis; updating CRM systems regularly after client interactions.
The ideal candidate should have Account Management Experience within the Cyber Security Sector along with strong communication skills (both verbal & written), ability to deliver client presentations effectively in virtual/face-to-face settings. Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets is essential along with experience managing opportunities in CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics). Qualifications required include a degree in relevant field with proven consultancy/sales experience particularly in cybersecurity sector. A minimum of 3 years’ experience delivering growth in strategic organizations is preferred along with fluency in English.
