We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated Accountant with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the UAE to join our dynamic team.

As an Accountant at Luminary Real Estate L.L.C, you will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. Your key responsibilities will include preparing and maintaining accurate financial records in accordance with UAE regulations and accounting standards (IFRS), processing accounts payable and receivable, assisting in financial statement preparation, reconciling bank statements and general ledger accounts, supporting tax return preparation and VAT compliance, assisting with budgeting and forecasting activities, managing payroll processing, monitoring financial transactions for policy adherence, as well as performing other accounting duties as assigned.

To qualify for this role, you must hold a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or a related field along with a minimum of 2 years of professional accounting experience in the UAE. Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally or QuickBooks, strong knowledge of UAE tax laws including VAT regulations, excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, strong analytical abilities, good communication skills are essential. Experience in the Real Estate field would be considered advantageous.
