We are seeking an Account Director to oversee client accounts, develop strategic marketing and PR plans, ensure exceptional service delivery, and manage campaign execution seamlessly. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication abilities, deep knowledge of the PR and marketing landscape, particularly within Web3 startups. Enthusiasm for emerging technologies and the Web3 space is crucial for success.
The Account Director will be responsible for maintaining high-level client relationships by understanding their objectives and crafting tailored strategies to achieve goals. Additionally, they will lead client onboarding processes while guiding account managers in daily communications with clients. Strategic planning involves developing comprehensive PR and marketing strategies aligned with client objectives while identifying opportunities for brand enhancement.
Key responsibilities include overseeing campaign implementation from start to finish, coordinating with creative teams for high-quality assets, monitoring campaign performance metrics for optimization, identifying new business opportunities for growth, preparing detailed reports for clients using analytics tools like MuckRack, ensuring team training and development through regular feedback sessions. This full-time position offers flexibility for remote work after three months of joining the company and may require occasional travel for industry events.
