As a Compliance Analyst at Lunar Rails, you will be responsible for monitoring global regulatory changes that may impact the company's compliance requirements and internal policies. You will play a crucial role in identifying tainted or blacklisted names and wallets while ensuring necessary actions are taken to meet regulatory standards and avoid penalties. Additionally, you will assist in developing and maintaining policies, controls, and procedures related to compliance, collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment with regulatory guidelines.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in the Compliance sector, with strong research, policy writing skills, and exceptional proficiency in English (Arabic fluency preferred). Candidates with international certifications such as ICA/ACAMS/ACFCS and expertise in crypto transactions monitoring using Blockchain Analytic tools will be highly valued. You should possess excellent analytical, communication, presentation skills along with a passion for Cryptocurrency and preventing financial crime. Flexibility to work night shifts is required.
