As a Senior Process Engineer at Mackinnon, Mackenzie & Co., you will play a crucial role in advising and supporting process engineering and flow assurance expertise during the EPC and Startup phases of projects. You will ensure that project deliverables meet Operations expectations by influencing project decisions based on both CAPEX and OPEX considerations. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with QG specifications, participating in reviews to provide technical inputs for designs and procedures, and mitigating new technology risks introduced by projects.
In addition to your involvement in design reviews, HAZID/SIL/HAZOP studies, Management of Change processes, commissioning activities, start-up procedures, troubleshooting efforts, punch list resolutions, warranty claim resolutions, and safety improvement initiatives; you will also support the development of Standard Operating Procedures for new projects. Furthermore, you will be responsible for developing and implementing process surveillance tools for Operations assets to ensure safe, reliable, and optimum production while promptly addressing any threats or deviations from surveillance monitoring.
