As the Financial Manager at Magaz, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial health of the organization. Your responsibilities will include preparing and presenting periodic financial reports to the Board of Directors, engaging in discussions and negotiations with banks and financial institutions when necessary, conducting thorough financial analysis to ensure effective internal controls, overseeing cost control measures, and collaborating with external auditors. Additionally, your role will involve developing and implementing robust financial planning, budgeting, and control systems to support the company's strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate for this position should possess a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification along with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a Financial Manager role. Proficiency in preparing and presenting financial statements and management reports is essential for success in this role. Advanced knowledge of accounting software and computer applications is also required.
