As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading the restaurant efficiently in costs and expenses while ensuring top-line revenue and profit goals are met. In the absence of the Restaurant Manager, you will act as a Manager on duty and be well-versed in all services and products offered by the hotel. Your responsibilities will include conducting outlet meetings, fostering teamwork within the restaurant, attending necessary staff meetings and trainings, operating the POS system effectively, producing reports and analysis for performance evaluations, as well as planning daily routines and station divisions according to work schedules. Overall, your goal will be to contribute to the success of the restaurant through efficient cost management, quality delivery of services, and revenue generation.
