As the Bar Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all operational, administrative, and financial aspects of the bar. You will be responsible for managing the overall beverage program of the hotel, including the implementation and maintenance of cocktail and beverage menus. Working closely with the Sommelier, you will also take charge of the hotel's wine program. Your duties will involve ensuring that all operational standards are met according to our policies and SOPs. Additionally, you will be tasked with identifying areas for improvement in service quality by reviewing guest feedback reports and collaborating with other key personnel such as Chef de Cuisine and Outlet Managers.

Key responsibilities include overseeing menu accuracy, sourcing suitable complimentary snacks for bar environments within the hotel, conducting regular inventories of bar supplies, and maintaining records of staff leave clearance. You will collaborate with various departments such as Security and Duty Managers to ensure smooth operations at all times. Your attention to detail, strong leadership skills, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively will be essential in driving success in this role.
