F&B Supervisor

Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, a renowned luxury hotel brand in the United Arab Emirates, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team. As the Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient service while upholding service standards, food quality, and guest satisfaction. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized environment, understanding the outlet's concept, explaining offerings to guests, proactively responding to guest inquiries, and running a station if required. Additionally, you will work closely with the Restaurant/Outlet Manager to identify areas for improvement in service quality through guest feedback.

In this role, you will also be responsible for guest relations by engaging with guests warmly, ensuring customer satisfaction according to our Legendary Quality Experiences (LQEs), creating WOW moments for guests, and effectively handling any customer complaints. Furthermore, you will foster positive colleague relations by promoting teamwork, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, participating in meetings with management and staff to discuss operational updates, and serving as a role model of excellence.
