As an R&D Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and enhancement of food products and processes within the organization. Working closely with the Quality Manager, production Chef, and marketing team, you will conduct research, experiments, and data analysis to drive innovation and improve existing products or develop new recipes. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to evaluate raw materials for quality assurance purposes and establish internal specifications for finished products.

Key responsibilities of this role include assisting in the development of new food products through experimentation and testing, refining product formulations to ensure quality standards are met, conducting sensory evaluations to assess product acceptability, analyzing data from experiments to inform product decisions, staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulations related to food product development. Additionally, you will be involved in scaling up laboratory-developed recipes for commercial production, troubleshooting product issues through testing and analysis, optimizing existing products for cost reduction or process improvement.
