We are currently seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee our Restaurants/Bars and Room Service operations. The ideal candidate will supervise daily restaurant activities, assist with menu planning, maintain sanitation standards, and support servers and hosts during peak meal periods. A successful candidate will continuously strive to enhance guest and employee satisfaction while maximizing financial performance within their area of responsibility. Responsibilities will also include determining training needs to achieve set goals and implementing effective plans for staff development.

The successful candidate should possess a high school diploma or GED along with 4 years of experience in the food and beverage industry or related professional area. Alternatively, a 2-year degree in Food Service Management or related fields from an accredited university combined with 2 years of relevant experience will be considered. The core work activities for this role involve managing day-to-day operations, leading the food and beverage team through effective communication and mentorship, ensuring exceptional customer service standards are met consistently, as well as managing human resource activities such as setting performance standards and providing ongoing training.
