As the Financial Director at Masafi, you will play a crucial role in leading long-term financial planning, evaluating investment decisions, and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and international standards. You will be responsible for overseeing financial governance, internal controls, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and strategic decision-making processes. Additionally, you will manage liquidity, capital structure, funding strategies, operational efficiency, cost management initiatives across departments while identifying opportunities for margin improvement.
To stand out in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in finance or related discipline (MBA or Master's preferred) along with professional certifications such as CPA, CA, ACCA or CMA. You should have at least 15 years of progressive finance leadership experience with significant exposure to FMCG or manufacturing sectors. Strong leadership skills demonstrated through managing large teams and leading finance transformation initiatives are essential for success in this position.
