Senior Finance Manager

As a Senior Finance Manager at Masarra, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Senior Finance Director in overseeing the finance functions for both Masarra and Otolo Homes.

In this role, your key responsibilities will include completing the month-end accounting process and reporting, producing the annual budget and quarterly forecasts, as well as preparing management information for decision-making purposes. You will manage the monthly reporting cycle, review balance sheet schedules, conduct departmental P&L analysis, and perform client profitability analysis to ensure effective financial management. Additionally, you will support the building of PowerBI dashboards for tracking key business metrics and liaise with auditors for audits and ad-hoc financial requirements.

The ideal candidate for this position should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Financial Accounting or equivalent with an Accountancy Qualification (ACCA/ACA/CIMA/CPA). You should have a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in finance fields with strong knowledge of IFRS accounting standards. Experience in managing teams in Government or MNE environments is advantageous. Proficiency in NPV analysis, financial planning and analysis capabilities, along with effective communication skills are essential for success in this role.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience post-qualification in the finance field
