Finance Manager

Our client, a prominent organization in the financial services industry, is currently looking for a Finance Manager to join their dynamic team in the United Arab Emirates. As a Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the financial health of the organization by closely collaborating with client procurement and finance departments. Your responsibilities will include preparing comprehensive management accounts, interpreting financial data for non-financial managers, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

In this role, you will be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with client procurement and finance departments while keeping an updated key contacts database. You will also be responsible for preparing monthly management accounts, profit and loss statements, budgets, balance sheets, variance analysis, and commentaries within a fixed monthly timetable for GCC markets. Additionally, you will act as a strategic business partner to account handlers and senior management by providing valuable financial advice and support.

As the Finance Manager, you will monitor operational spending to ensure alignment with the budget and assist in the preparation of audit materials for annual financial statements and corporate tax returns. You will also oversee client billings, review billing schedules, manage contracts and debtors in collaboration with management, and complete monthly Group Bank Reconciliations. Furthermore, you will lead a team of Finance Officers to ensure efficient performance and professional development within the department.

The ideal candidate for this position should have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
