As a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at MCG Talent, you will play a crucial role in guiding annual and long-term financial planning initiatives. Key Responsibilities include leading the development of KPI dashboards to track financial and operational metrics effectively. To excel in this role, candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; an MBA is preferred. Previous experience in FP&A is essential along with strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial software tools.
