We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our client's team. The HRBP will act as a consultant and partner to both management and employees on key organizational and management issues. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of HR strategies and practices, and the ability to apply them effectively to support and drive the organization’s goals. Key responsibilities include partnering with departmental managers to develop HR strategies, providing expert advice on policies and procedures, leading HR initiatives such as performance management, conducting regular meetings to review metrics, facilitating conflict resolution processes, collaborating on policy development, overseeing talent acquisition efforts, supporting leadership on organizational design, analyzing trends for program development, implementing compensation plans.

Key Job Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR business partnering roles
  • Experience working in a multinational company is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles with a focus on business partnering.
