As a Senior Accountant at MD Global Human Resource Consulting LLC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of financial information and maintaining efficient accounting processes. Your responsibilities will include verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling accounts payable and receivable. You will be tasked with producing error-free accounting reports, analyzing financial information to summarize the financial status, spotting errors, suggesting ways to improve efficiency and spending, as well as providing technical support on Management Accountant matters.

In addition to managing accounting assistants and bookkeepers, you will participate in financial standards setting and forecasting processes. You will also be involved in preparing financial statements and budgets according to schedule, assisting with tax audits and returns, directing internal and external audits for compliance purposes, planning staff's work assignments, supporting month-end and year-end close processes, as well as developing and documenting business processes and accounting policies to enhance internal controls.
